Shepu Jhunka (Dill leaves)



A dry vegetable dish made out of dill leaves

Ingredients

Shepu (Dill) 1 bunch
onion chopped -2
garlic 10 -15 flakes crushed
4 tbsp besan
haldi 1/2 tsp
chilli pd 1 1/2 tsp
salt
oil

Method : 

Heat oil add crushed garlic when brown add onions and fry till transparent.
Add cut shepu , haldi, chilli and salt , stir for 5 minutes.
Add little water and cook  for some time.
Sprinkle 4 tbsp besan  and mix properly .
Add little water and cover the lid and cook.
